Syanis Yarí Vargas-González

I want to spend my life inspiring people to see the beauty in everything, everywhere, everyone.

Who am I?

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I'm an artist of many types: visual, musical, and theatrical, and the list gets longer the more I dare to dive deep into more of my interests. I'm a University of Rochester BA graduate in English (Theater) and Digital Media Studies. I currently work at Syracuse University, where I plan to continue my post-graduate studies.

Why do I do what I do?

Through the highs and lows, art has been the one constant in my life. Whether it has been by presenting itself as a new musical album by an amazing vocalist, as a theatrical performance I had the privilege to be in, or as a great movie, art has been a coping method for me. It has helped me deal with both the tragedies and the pleasantries of life. As a creative visionary, I want to be part of meaningful and innovative projects in the entertainment industry.

The most recent project I finished was my original screenplay titled "Everything & Nothing". The script is available under the Writing section.
